The Day After

4cl TimeOut Gin Pink Grapefruit
1cl Amaro
1cl aperole
1 small bottle of tonic
Garnish: lemon zest
ice cubes

1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker of your choice
2. Shake vigorously on ice
3. Strain into the glass
