Shipping costs & payment information

The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

Deliveries are only possible to delivery addresses in Switzerland and Germany. Delivery is made exclusively by Swiss Post. or a corresponding shipping company However, delivery to packing stations is not possible.

You can choose to pay in advance, cash on delivery*, credit card, Twint or PayPal.

*If you choose the payment method cash on delivery, an additional charge of CHF 6.00 will be made. This form of payment is only possible in Switzerland.

Return and refund policy

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We do not accept products that are not broken, but the customer wants to return because they have changed their mind about the purchase.

We require proof of purchase to complete your return.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

To return your product, please send it to:

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item, you should consider a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Return Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 7 days. Fees and transaction expenses on the part of the payment providers will be deducted from the credit.

Note: - After 30 days from the date of purchase, you are no longer eligible and cannot receive a refund.
