3cl TimeOut Gin Pink Grapefruit
1.5cl lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1BL wild berry jam
1cl St. Germain
1 Small Bottle of Bitter Lemon
Garnish: berries
ice cubes
1. Mix all ingredients in a shaker of your choice
2. Shake vigorously on ice
3. Strain into the glass
4. Top up with your desired amount of bitter lemon.
Garnish the drink with some berries
